I was laid off in the spring. I have a solid work history, awards and have proven impact with business metrics all over my resume. I even made a website to set myself apart. I’m trying to go client side and escape agency life, it’s not sustainable for anyone, especially account people. It’s been a nightmare. Why can’t I get an interview? Well, I’ve had 2 screens and was ghosted. Is everyone else experiencing this? What else can I do? I’ve exhausted personal resources, referrals, and Linkedin.
