1. Serve 3 months notice + 3 months severence pay.
2. 6 months pay with immediate relieve.

Now I have a question here. If I choose first option, if I get a job in a month. Will I still get 3+3 months pay or 1 month + 3 months severence pay.

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

Why would a luxury watch brand make/sell connected or smart watches? What is the business reason for it? To me it just kills the brand value. For instance I was a big fan of Montblanc but after I see their smart watch line up I instantly devalued the brand in general. Same for Tag (tag is questionable anyways), or Breitling.
