Let’s say Brillio gave some joining bonus and if we are leaving within an year we need to pay it back.
So does it mean I need to put papers after one year or is that okay to put papers after 9 months, so serving 3 months notice makes it one year.
Please let me know if anyone had an idea about this.

It might not be the same in all cases, it depends on project/role/team, and there is a good scope for learning in here.
I have been offered a Senior Engineer role with Brillio could you let me know what's the package like.? Also how is the work culture and management.
Brillio is a nice company but not all clients are good.
Like wlb is bad, pay is good,
Culture is also fine, ctc + some reimbursement are there.
They have stable projects but some clients are not so friendly and has too much work load.
Brillio managers, even though they knew it are helpless in many cases.
Another disadvantage is HR team, they are not bad but won't respond properly(might be they are overloaded)
Hi. I have a question, is it still WFH in Brillio? And what are the office timings?
It is mentioned in offer letter. Total service period is counted.
