I was negatively impacted by a RIF but was able to secure a new position quickly and have been in my new role for several months. With my LI premium account, I have visibility into profile viewers and noticed members of the leadership team that laid me off, including the head of HR, creeping on my profile.

Has this happened to anyone else? Would you recommend I let it go or should I reach out to them?

I don't want to block them on LI, but their behavior is giving me the creeps.
