I was part of the ENBD (Emirates NBD) project while working at Synechron, and honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. The work environment was highly disorganized, requirements changed constantly without proper communication, and there was very little respect for work-life balance — late-night calls, weekend work,. we had very little control or voice in decisions. It felt more like a vendor-client setup than a collaborative team.? If you’re considering joining this project, think twice!

I just finished what I thought was the final round of interviews for a job that I really want. Everything has been going extremely well. The recruiter just called to tell me that they want me to do one more round, though. This will make 8 interviews total, including a full case study presentation to 4 people. Should I be worried? Is this a red flag?

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.

Is this true?Wanted to confirm from someone who are working with Synechron.
