How much is WFH equipment reimbursement in Accenture for level 11

Which is best to join between PWC AC Bangalore with permanent wfh and NTT Data business solutions with hybrid work. Salary is almost same : NTT data - 24 LPA fixed and no variable. Where as PWC 21 LPA fixed with upto 20% variable. YOE is 7 years in SAP SD functional consultant.

Just have to say - at the beginning of the year I jumped ship where I was (a bank) where I was making $39k a year, to another bank where I am making $45k a year and have a 2 weeks on, 2 weeks work from home schedule. My new company is great and it was a significant raise. Now, this inflation is absolutely killing my wife and I, since we had a lease renewal happen last month. Would I be out of line to ask for a raise after 6 months? I know my coworkers all make at least $5k more a year than me.

Went into the office today. The choice to come in was mine as the office is open but there’s no mandate.

Gotta admit, it was nice to have fast wifi, a crap ton of LaCroix I can drink (and take home), and just get out of my home office for a change.

Will I do this often? Doubt it. Is it a nice option to have should my wifi go out again? Yes it is.

Are there any companies offering remote work, (happy to do tech sales or management) and that I could be based in Europe? I need to get out of recruitment asap! Feeling the itch for too long now.

In negotiation for a Manager Role for BNY Mellon (grade K). Looking for some guidance on how hard I can push the issue with increasing my offer.
My convo with the HR recruiter was that he would push for $130k plus a sign on bonus. Offer is coming back at $125k with no bonus. Exiting my current position I'll be leaving a 3% pay increase, $12k bonus payout next month and full remote work on the table. Those considered it would be a lateral financial move for the 2023 year.

Should I be teaching my young kids to read Quran in Arabic (so learn a new language just to read Quran but no value otherwise), or skip Arabic and have them read transliteration (so like Alhamdu lilahi) or third option to just read in English the translation where they will actually understand?
