Meta technical solutions consultant interview prep - can someone let me know if they have gone through the technical rounds for Technical Solutions Consultant role? Can you share what to prepare for since it’s not a data science type of role so most likely not hard level MySQL questions. Any specific types of queries that I should learn? Thanks!

Imagine this situation: rooftop solar in California has put so much excess energy into the power grid that the power companies don’t know how to deal with all the extra energy being produced
They have *so* much energy that energy prices are going negative during the day and they have to discard unused energy

It's widely known that AI workloads are going to be taxing. Microsoft is looking to nuclear power to support it which is way better than attempting solar or any other renewable nonsense that isn't stable enough for that workload.

It's something that will have to be addressed eventually. I've seen stories about local governments concerned about the power usage of data facilities as well as crypto mines (some of the crypto farm stories are crazy). I imagine facilities dedicated to serving AI will bring a whole set of infrastructure issues.

How much energy they use is widely known and reported. Major public companies have to or voluntarily report their sustainability metrics. Yes, they are using a lot of power, but it just puts more pressure on people to move our grid to renewables.
Seems like youre worried about something that you have no control over
