I have been in an awkward reporting structure for 2.5 years. On record I’ve reported to the VP of Marketing, who was crazy toxic, and technologically inept. I’m a senior website manage and she had no interest in my role. She shirked me off to also report to her two directors, PR and Call Center. Needless to say, that’s been a difficult situation for me. Hello everyone! How do you manage holiday pay when the holiday is on a Saturday/ Sunday.
