Helo everyone, I had an interview scheduled with Cognizant on last week of Jan 2022 but due to technical error in Verification code I couldn't join interview lobby. I reported the same to the HR and I was told the interview will be rescheduled. Now there's no update from the HR. Could you please guide me how can I proceed or any email address to which I can inform to take the rescheduling process further.
Thanks in advance

I think it would be very hard to come in as a Managing Director with your experience. I'd shoot for SM or Specialist Leader and $200k + bonus.
Ask for 240, you’ll meet in the middle eventually close to 225-230
OP, I’m guessing you’re a Director at PwC (Deloitte SM equivalent). I thought the new SM title at PwC doesn’t kick in until next year.
What level are you at PWC. If you are SM level then I would ask for 220. If you are going for PPMD then 250-280
Looks like the consensus is 200-220K + bonus. That’s what I’ll ask for. Let’s see where I land. 🤞🏼
Well depends on what skill set. If it’s a hot industry or technology then definitely shoot for 220, possibly even 240/250 if it’s really in demand.
New SM starts at 170/180 in tech. Bonus could go to 35%
OP, lets us know where you land and how you negotiated
OP nothing below 215k. And do u mind me asking your current salary as a SM @ pwc
Bigger salary, better opportunities hopefully. Been doing the same thing for years here. 3-4 years working for another Big Four. Then maybe move to industry in a high level position with lower stress and good compensation
Pwc op - if you are in consulting there is no way to get to “low stress”. It does not matter if you are with Deloitte or not
Depends. How many years of experience?
12 years total: 9 years in the industry, 3 in PwC.
Go for 220k
Oh wow! Cool. Thanks!
What’s D ? Director?
I’m a SEnior Manager in PWC. Going for either senior manager or director in Deloitte
Current salary as SM at PWC is 180K + 20% bonus
Good call digital one and thanks OP
Pwc op, whats ur motivation to jump? Same salary, same title??
