The time is tasks me to do tasks is way more than what it should be. I'll be in the middle of writing an email and want to look up a word and end up on a completely different web page for over an hour. It really hurts me when things are on a tight dealine.
The Pomodoro Method can help with this.
Giving into distractions. I had to physically remove certain things from my day to day work life. For instance, I've learned I cannot be trusted having my phone in easy reach. No attention span. I get distracted every 5 mins. I try to do a million tasks in one go
My procastination! It takes me a long time to start an activity. In reality, I could finish it in just a few hours.
I love being a nurse because it keeps me on my feet and there's always something to so I'm never sitting anywhere for too long, but I have a bad habit of forgetting what I'm doing in the middle of doing tasks.
I'm a procrastinator to the point where I consider myself lazy. But I think I am getting better.
My distaste for uncomfortable situations while knowing that going out of my comfort zone is the best thing I can do for myself and my career. I either take too long doubting myself or backout altogether. Slowly learning to step out into the world.
Wow can I relate to this ! It’s really challenging being us !
