I went out of my comfort zone & applied for a position other than my current role. I was surprised by the use of the Signal app to communicate and a formal interview never took place.

I received the job offer via email, but everything else was discussed via Signal. I start training on the 9th & they have provided a summary of my duties, but only through Signal.

Should I be concerned that they use Signal rather than the telephone or video calls? It seems too good to be true.

I started interviewing elsewhere and it’s moving much faster than i expected. I could have an offer next week, my busy season officially ends until 12/15. How bad am i burning brides leaving on 11/4?

My scenario is i have decent offer but i dont like to join there because of location issue and im looking for jobs in new tech where i have less exp.

Considering this even though if i have less knowlege and if i perform a decent interview process will i get offers at the last moment?Is the offers during the late notice is given based on as he can join early even his performance is average during interview. Pls share
