Be real with yourself. Figure out why you are being rejected and work on a solution. When I want growth and advancement, I put together a plan and keep at it until I get to the end goal.
Truthfully, I think it is the job market. I have been applying for 7 months now and still haven't been able to land anything. I think all we can do is keep applying and hoping the job market gets better.

It’s brutal out there, and I’m so sorry. I agree with the above. It’s definitely the job market, but take time to look at your resume and put a plan in place. I also think there’s value to taking a break! Stepping back for a bit to regroup and refocus what job your actually want next instead of mass applying.

Start building proof outside the job. Freelance, spec work, audits, strategy docs, anything tangible that shows progression even if the role doesn’t.

I agree with everyone saying its the market right now, there's a lot of linkedin stories of people with tons and dozens of years of experience high and dry for 7months straight. There's a lot of worry about growing interest rates, compounding replacement of ai replacement rehiring, or lack of hiring because of ai.
