If your contract doesn’t prohibit it and it’s not competitive, you’re probably fine—but disclosure builds trust if done strategically.
Could be a big problem if you’re not running conflict checks, even more so if you’re doing legal work. Your malpractice insurance will likely not cover it. If you’re doing like Door Dash in the evenings, it’s whatever. But anything with actual clients could be a big issue if you’re not running conflict checks and not properly insured.
Don’t do legal as your side gig. Too much risk.
