I work in a start up. I have 2.5 years bond signed. I have 1.5 years left. But the company treats up like shit. The manager, HR, everybody is like that. I didn't have an option so I had to sign the bond at that time. They treat us so bad, at 1am in night I'm unable to sleep because I'm having a panic attack. Is there a way out. My mental health is being affected so badly. What are my options. Is there any place where I can complain? Can anybody please help this poor girl.
