I would love to find another job working in finance that pays around the same amount I’m making now. However, I’m new to my ADOF title and still need more training. What would someone suggest?

Is it typical for a firm to have an Attorney ONLY Christmas dinner at a county club and then after announcing said dinner to plan a paralegal/attorney happy hour (at a “bar” area with food/appetizers for you guys”)? I think this is very segregating and clearly shows the two partners/owners what dbags they are. Thoughts?
