I am b.tech CSE student, have offer from TCS Ninja at 3.36lpa and EXL "Business Analyst/Digital Analyst Level 2 (Band A2)" offer at 7.50LPA.

I have no idea about the work at EXL, location, career growth, joining, means I know nothing about the life at EXL, can you pls guide me. I waana join EXL asap but before that I want to have answers of my ques, thankyou.

It may seem obvious, but in my experience partners value trial experience over anything else, so get it however you can. For example, my firm will favor a former prosecutor who has seen the courtroom a lot but has no civil litigation experience (not even a depo) over a seasoned associate who has only second chaired cases with a partner but hasn’t tried a case. Even trying a case and losing gives you credibility at my firm because you still did it.

My home district is considering grading for quarter 4. Is anyone else following this path? I am concerned how can a district grade when they do not support live teaching and the inequity of tech.?
