If 12 lpa is fixed, what will be the approximate in hand salary?

I'm not super happy in tech-specific recruiting and find it a lot more laborious than other verticals. We really struggle to find qualified candidates who are also willing to accept starting salaries and more equity. Sometimes I want to move away from this. Has anyone else felt this way?

Junior associate here, should I ask for more money if my firm is about 10-15 percent less hours but about 30 percent less pay? The gap will never be closed to the top pay scale at my firm but when I decided to come to this firm the pay difference was about 15 percent and not 30. The designation mentioned is Consultant, but I think over 7+ years of experience should be given AM designation.

Guys I received a revised offer letter from XYZ MNC, in this offer letter they have mentioned "Agreeing to terms and conditions in the workforce of iTap is as good as signing of physical contract form on mutual agreement between you and company. It has legal binding as per law if mutual trust is breached."
