When are august raises / bonuses / promos typically communicated at bdo?

My YOE is 5.3 and I am holding around 24 lpa offer now TCS has started my visa processing for uk.I have an query that, should i stay in tcs and go onsite or go with other companies.

Currently i am getting 8 lpa from TCS.

Interviewing for an Associate position at Thompson Coburn. Can anyone share the salary information about them? A google search is not yielding consistent results.

Please help.. Need your suggestions.

3 years ago I distanced my long term love and chose my ambition to complete an MS and create something for both of us in hopes to get back to her as a grown independent man. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component?
