Everything we want costs $620k+ and bc of rates it makes our mortgage estimates $3500+. We are currently paying $2k. I have given interview for salesforce dev position in IQVIA and all the three rounds were completed on 10Feb after that I didn't got any communication from recruiter , how many days it usually takes and I am in notice period and it is going to next month..

Will I get an offer from them before the end of next month?

Did a first interview with hr rep, went very well. she set up the hiring manager meeting for a few days later. Met with the manager. Another great conversation, went over time and was told I’d hear back about panel set up. Following day I get a request from hr rep to “continue the conversation” with manager. This is set up Tuesday.
Why do you think the manager wants to meet again? Good? Bad? I felt great about the interview when we ended.
