I have accepted Infosys Offer Letter . If I am not joining Infy and joins another company, then is there anything like Infosys remembers it and will not consider in its Future Opportunities saying "You previously Didnt join our Organisation after accepting Offer Letter , So we are not considering your profile ahead " (Something like blacklist).

But what is the bench policy in general ? Say for a GCM 4 resource ?
How many days they can keep on bench, regardless of whether we are getting project calls or not ?

If the Layoff season is going on, I've seen billable people being released and asked to resign before their bench period starts..
So, there's no definitive answer, but yes, 3-4 weeks is safe on bench usually..
Bench policy is the same, irrespective of past projects and performance. If you are in management’s good books, you might get some preferential treatment. Otherwise, it’s all the same.
It doesn't depend on whether you are 200% utilised or 100% utilised. If you are on bench you are just a 'bench resource ' and you need a project allocation to be safe simple.

Bench is bench.. 1 day Or 2 months..
Even if we are billable from past 5 years, HR sorry to say doesn't have that empathy or analytics.
They just see the head count.
