If i am a big 4 auditor(CPA) with 2 busy season under my belt and looking for a higher paying/better comp to WLB ration is FDD the route to take? Why or why not? If so how should i go about breaking in?

Writing a report for the first time and feel way in over my head. Team didn’t discuss what adjustments we want as a group before divvying up—new transfers what has been your experience?

Any transfer from tax to FDD? How was the learning curve from the transition ? And what were some unforeseen challenges that you didn’t expect?

Has anyone moved from FDD to Strategy? I have an offer for FDD but long term goal is to break into strategy. Don’t want to have to get an MBA unless it’s firm sponsored…and FDD is easier to get in compared to Strategy

In talks with A&M to come over to their TAG practice from EY FDD as senior associate. Base salary is very competitive on top of the alluring "bonus" structure. 2 questions:

1. Do they normally offer sign on bonuses?
2. Is their any disadvantage between A&M FDD compared to B4 FDD in terms of exit ops down the road? Trying to look 5 years down the line
