What should my requested salary be for a Senior Intelligence Analyst position with CrowdStrike ? I have a bachelors degree and 5 years of experience as an intelligence analyst. Current salary is 56k in NC, but when I was in DC I was making 86k (big locality change)… which makes me confused on what I should expect for a remote job.
CELEBRITIES ARE NOT A CONCEPT
I am looking to identify committed Christians within Deloitte who would be interested in serving on the US board of a global non-profit committed to restoring the lives of those who have been traumatized via human trafficking or gender-based violence in SE Asia. Deloitte has been instrumental in partnering with Hagar International via pro-bono consulting and we would love to leverage this partnership on our US board.

Pretty sure bankers don't give a fuck about forming relationships with B-School kids
HBS/Wharton. I mean... Really?
Yeah they're good schools but hbs and Wharton are better lol. Do some research and see which ones you get into, then you can defide
Wharton school of FINANCE
You won't have a problem getting an associate job at any investment bank coming from either Wharton, HBS, CBS or Stern if you play the recruiting game well at all. Banking recruiting is way down over the last few years, consulting firms have overtaken at all those schools. That being said I went to one of the NYC bschools and even though it would have made no difference in where I am now I would say take Wharton or HBS over either of CBS or Stern if that is your option set.
Wharton obviously
No. the students go to NYC before recruiting. Called a trek or whatever. There are formal and informal done by groups of students
I keep reading that Colombia and Stern are both the top two or three b schools in terms of banking placement. Seemed unexpected to me
This seems easy. But what do I know?
What about if coming from a non-finance background? Wouldn't being in NYC increase the chances of forming good relationships with banks?
Presume you're talking about bulge bracket? You can get there from top 15 schools (weekly networking trips to NYC will be more challenging). Really think you only need HBS/Wharton/Booth if you are targeting a high end boutique like Centerview or Evercore that won't recruit as broadly.
Seems like an easy decision....
All other things being equal
Thanks for all the feedback everyone. Much appreciated!
