Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .
Kindly comments if anyone have idea .
Thanks

PwC is the best firm, by far. Not even a competition
lol thanks for this - I appreciate the PwC pride. Why are you so happy there may I ask? Have heard some pretty mixed things on PwC and KPMG.
Check out Crowe if interested in MM! We have a great group of people. Pay is comparable to Big 4 with hours much more manageable.
Coach
Big 4 and A&M are all functionally equivalent, although there are different markets where certain firms have stronger teams / better market share. A&M comp blows everyone out of the water by a mile
Coach
I’m as happy as I could be in FDD. I work with great people at EY and get my teams well staffed. I have good client relationships and a path to PPMD if I decide I want it. Main complaints are workload and comp, but that’s the same everywhere (maybe less so on comp at A&M).
Coach
Big 4 are all the same. At the end of the day your experience will always be more dependent on client and team which varies everywhere
If you’re in FDD for the long haul I feel like A&M is the move.
Lol @SA2 - thanks for your input. No, directors don’t have any of those perks at any firm.
HMU for Kpmg referral
I’m interested!

If it’s big 4, just go to the one where you like the people. The work is going to be substantially the same. If it’s MM, make sure you go to a place that comps you well since the resources are going to be less than big 4 (example would be no India team at some mm firms).
Coach
I also noticed you’re a director, so also consider the job responsibilities. Mm firm directors might have to roll up their sleeves a lot more than the big 4.
What’s HL FDD pay compared to big 4?
Thanks for the info

CLA has a smallish team of about 60 nationally. The culture is great and we were pretty much remote before Covid happened other than traveling to clients. I can’t speak for the pay since I transferred internally. If you’re looking for a place where you won’t be made to feel like sh*t, CLA’s the place, in my experience.
CLA culture/FDD Team is great, but the pay is significantly under market if you ask me
