Yes, it would be helpful to see what issues are going on to better serve our members

like

Yes

I think it would depend on what the target was. Working in P&C, probably not one for life and health, but if relevant to me, yes. I actually do respond daily to members based on industry trends.

Absolutely! If it was good and didn’t focus solely on public adjusters and IAs, then yes.

There are many!

Popular insurance industry podcasts include Instech Talk, The Voice of Insurance, and The Insurance Podcast. For agents, The Insurance Guys Podcast offers practical advice on agency life and sales, while The Regulators provides insights from insurance regulators. Others cover specific areas like life insurance (Life Insurance Academy Podcast) or health insurance (Agent Survival Guide Podcast).

We just moved into a 50 year old house. We got the popcorn ceiling removed in the garage plus had the walls done. We didn’t use an official asbestos expert because of the price.

The horrible, dirty people that lived there before us left us a crappy mess. Hope we are not exposed, nor the neighbors.

When to sell at a loss?

I’m 26 and have a fair chunk of my NW tied to Cloudflare - a tech stock that I believe has the opportunity to 3x and become a $100b+ company over the long term. Similarly, I have a lot in cloud computing etf - WCLD.

Given short term rotation out of growth stocks, I’m confused on what to do. I think we still have some time before growth stocks bottom out, but do I sell?

This is my first job in a large corporate company, and I’m trying to gauge how long it normally takes to move from entry level to another internal position in the insurance industry. I have been applying internally for a year now and I am wondering if this is normal or if my company is just slow? I am a top performer, with great metrics, and I have some wonderful connections I’ve made who support me. I just can’t seem to move up. How long did it take you to move up? How many tries did it take?
