Hi there, I’ve been told that Deloitte (London, UK) is going to make me an offer but haven’t heard back and it’s been over two weeks. The recruiter mentioned it would be around the “m2 grade”. Any idea what this pay range is? … I have 3 YOE working in NHS finance and have applied for a position in Risk Advisory, public sector. Curious what life at Deloitte is like? Does a work life balance exist?

Tiger team is nothing but they have to connect with all service based companies and see what new AI tools and techniques to copy and implement in VZ. Zero innovation, zero research and 100% copy and implement.
Are you part of tiger team? If, yes if you think all the guidance from your manager and AD is coming from innovation? DEFINITELY NO! You will not know until you do a job at service based company. They are well ahead in terms of AI and innovation and Verizon is still in old school and the implementation they do is now at public forum where other org used it and moved to new one.
I have worked at service company, consultancy, startup and a product company now. I have very very good idea about how things operate in all 4 orgs. I am not part of tiger team and I don't get to hear anything innovative from my ad or director. Most of innovative things go from us to the leadership

What is tiger team?
Yes, that is the problem. Many Indian leaders seem to do little more than nod in agreement with their offshore counterparts. There is often a lack of decision-making ability, innovation, and strong leadership. They rarely take meaningful steps to address concerns raised in pulse surveys or improve employee feedback.
For some, the focus appears to be on presenting slides and taking credit for the work of others rather than driving real change. Critical issues remain unresolved, opportunities are missed, and there is little effort to understand what employees or customers truly need. Effective leadership requires ownership, accountability, and action—not just reporting status updates.
