If you know a CD/CW who pivoted to a new career/industry at 50, what did s/he go off and do? Seriously asking. I am losing so much time waiting for work to pick up. I actually enjoy the creative collaboration/production part of what we do. But the spaces between those types of gigs are increasing. And the slow periods are financially draining, and even worse mentally. I would love to reinvent myself, but how.

Hi Fishes, I'm a Python developer now and I need to switch my role related to AI/ML for long term.
Currently I 've planned two options and I'm bit confused which road i've to take:
1) Do Masters degree in Canada, after that try to get Job in there or US.
2) Do any Master Programs in Here (India) and get a job.

I’ve been told my company is changing my title from Associate Director of BD to Sales Executive. I’m concerned it reads like a title demotion. Is it just semantics? I have multiple blank pages in my Passport but they are all interspersed, i.e. no two consecutive pages are blank. Does that matter for new visa stampings? My understanding is that Schengen countries require 2 consecutive blank pages. Can someone confirm please whether I need a renewal? Thank you
