Fears of a recession are reasonably causing people to take a second look at their job security. Seeing as many lawyers are working in specialty tax within PA how many of you are worried about a potential slowdown/layoffs within specialty tax? If not why do you feel you won’t be as affected? Nope not enough money to get me back into the office 5 days a week.
In this economy, 10K doesn't feel like much, so it's big no for me.
It depends on how long is your commute . Anything more than 30 mins will take a toll on your body and . 10k would not be enough to compensate for that .
At this point I'd take a $10k paycut to work remote 5 days a week.
Haha too funny but so true!
Absolutely I got zero raise this year. And a small one last year.
Have them pay for the round trip commute and lunch instead. Then I’ll come in full time.
I'm already in 5x a week so free money 💰

No, not enough to make the extra effort. If they offer 10x, I will have to say yes (but off course they won lol).
No. If anything I’d take a $10k pay cut to get an extra day at home. They moved us from 3in/2 remote to fully in office and it was a disaster, we were happy for crumbs when they gave us one day back. Now we’re 4in/1remote
Of course
