When I've looked online, it seems like most places are 6 to 1 half dozen the other, but I wondered if there were any pockets of affordable housing nearby that I should look in? Or does anyone know of a reputable agent that deals with rentals that could scout one out for me? I'm out of state so this has been challenging.

I’ll start - I’m an advisor in Wealth Management with TC of $70k, 3 YOE and no side hustle. Among other things, rent just jumped from $2500 to $3700 for 2 bedroom and areas were looking at.
