I’ll talk to lots of people and I find it odd that sometimes they will want to stay in an hourly role as opposed to a management or leadership position. What do y’all think this is maybe not wanting responsibility

I’m also that person. I don’t have any sort of desire to manage people. My leaders always look stressed and over it. I like just coming in and going home with not extra mess to worry about.

I don't find it odd at all. I'm that person. I have no interest in taking on way more stress and responsibility for a small raise. I'm also not that good of a leader, and I think trying to navigate interpersonal situations all the time would make me lose my mind.

Dear Fishes, I got C1 Solution Architect in wipro digital and sr manager -project in Cognizant in Mumbai.Cognizant Wipro CTC 34 in cognizant and 32 in wipro. Fixes in Cognizant is 32 and wipro is 27.2

I had my Assessor interview this past week and received a pre-screening questionnaire that asked about dual citizenship status. Because I don't even have a passport for the country I am a dual citizen for, I didn't even think about the possibile complications this could lead to with my application. I applied through a career fair at school and didn't see the citizenship requirements, so I guess that's on me.

Born in the US and lived here all my life. Am I screwed regardless?
