Hi
Don't do that I was into manufacturing firm some of the biggest name in the world and joined an American firm. Now planning to go back into the same and it's very difficult. Maruti pays well. My friend works in the logistics plus I have heard from him about job security. Market is a bit volatile now so don't jump into Starr ups now unless it's an unicorn.
Hi,
Don't do that. Currently, the market is very volatile. Startups are facing huge funding issues. Seeing the current scenario around it will be a very risky proposition to switch from a well established organisation to a new age one.
Considering high probability of recession/slowdown in near upcoming months, I would suggest not to go for any start ups, startup might have to wrap up due to funding crisis etc. So, considering these volatile times,. You may chose not to join startup
I have worked at Maruti, if you are happy with job security despite low chances of growth and opportunities to stand-out, then you should definitely stay. Hardly 10% of people from my GET batch must be left in that company. Those who left have good exposure and quality of life and better salary.
