I'm 2025 passout, got offers from Cognizant(₹4.5 LPA) and TCS (₹7 LPA). CTS has completed all pre-joining formalities, and I’m waiting for the DOJ, expected within a month. TCS gave the offer letter 13 days ago, and they often delay joining. Should I wait for TCS or join CTS if they call first?
I have decided to join Cogniant frist then resign when TCS give doj , but Cognizant has a 90-day notice period. Is it easy to join CTS first and join tcs later? I need an honest suggestion.

I only received the job offer letter from the consultancy, but no Appointment Letter is given yet.
