I’m a 3.5 YOE backend dev (C#, Python, Azure). But my team keeps pushing me to act like a lead/architect—making me design solution architectures, present to clients, manage user stories, and even handle DevOps pipeline communication. Seniors aren’t stepping up, and I’m stressed being treated like the front-line face. Is this normal for mid-level devs, or just bad management?

The creative team is cutting back my content. I’ve explained to them that this will hurt their SEO, but they don’t seem to care. I'm sure they’ll freak out when they see the lack of organic growth.

Any ideas how to reward team members who put a ton of work to get a massive project done on time?
Normally I’d take them to dinner and drinks, but that’s not really possible now, and apparently gift cards are taxable and agency doesn’t want to do it. How do you celebrate project launches during the end times?

Hey everyone! I am working on a report with the intention of updating the products that a specific customer uses. Currently, the data is arranged with the unique ID in Column A, and associated products in Column B. However, each product has its own row so company 1234 might have 5 rows and company 5678 might have 20. What I need to do is collect the product data for each unique company and put it into a single row, separated by a comma(s). I am at a crossroads, any suggestions?
