I'm a BI Engineer with 2.5YoE, working remotely.

Recently I got a job opportunity at an India GCC office of a big MNC. This is a hybrid setup with 3 days in-office + 2 days wfh.

CCTC: 12LPA (total)
Offer: 19LPA (17.5 fixed + 1.5 variable)

Tech stack: Power BI, SQL, Azure, Python, Excel.

I'd love your opinions on whether this is a good number or if I should negotiate further.

Hi fishes, I am a backend developer , my current CTC is 18 LPA. I am looking for new opportunities , I have 2 offers one was 24 fixed and then i waited for sometime and got 34 LPA (32 fixed).
