I’m a bit confused about what to do. I haven’t received any offers with a 90-day notice period, but I have now received an offer with a 60-day notice period — should I go ahead and resign? People say there are fewer vacancies during Nov–Dec due to the year-end slowdown. My other option is to resign in Nov–Dec without an offer, so that I can be available as an immediate joiner by February, when I will complete four years of experience. I’ve heard that there are usually more openings in Feb–March.

I recently joined TW some months back and I dont know why I think have made a wrong choice for myself. I am feeling like I am lost. I am not able to fit in in this high expectations environment. I am used to working in a place where we always worked by taking help from others and here it is sort of assumed that we would be knowing everything right from day 1. Also there is no pairing in my project. Any suggestions on what should be done would be welcome.
