There are great overview guides online - look for topic summaries from law firms you’ve heard of, or look on a resource like practical law company if your firm subscribes. Nobody expects you to be a cap mkts expert as a junior! But devote the time to studying the kinds of deals you get assigned to, so that you have some background

Hi,

I am graduating this December and looking for full time roles starting January 2023. I have 2 years of data science work experience before my Masters and I'm currently working part-time as a data science engineer - building data pipelines, dashboards; optimizing, packaging and deploying ML models.

I'm looking for referrals in data science space. I can share my github profile/resume/github page if you need more information. Any help is highly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
