Any advice for a Big Law M&A senior associate looking to transition out of practice to professional development or attorney recruiting at a law firm?

I am a Angular Frontend developer with HTML, CSS, js, ts as my secondary languages. I also have some idea of Azure app services (and recently passed my AZ900 Exam last month).

I wish to upgrade my techstack but not sure what will help me to grow FINANCIALLY and have sustainable career in IT.
Can you guide me on what can I learn for the same.
1. React and react Native
2. Azure and complete any certification such as AZ 204
3. MEAN stack.

Which is the more lucrative and flexible long term career path when comparing .NET development vs salesforce development.

By flexible I mean in terms of moving between positions, companies and technologies.

I've done both and am currently doing salesforce development but don't want to get pigeonholed.

Graduated in 2020, wanted to be a graphic designer, took a job at a startup in a social media role. The boss called me the "r" word for not handling entire 13-ish accounts roster well by myself. I quit. Found a role as social media specialist. Realized (again) that I hate social media. I've become really jaded about consulting. I find all so often you need to tell the client what they want to hear to keep their business and I feel like so much of the what I recommend doesn't actually get implemented. I'm looking to make a career switch so I can both create and execute on my strategies. A product management path seems very promising for this.

I handle installation and maintenance of Burglar systems, access control, video surveillance, network systems, POS workstations, VoIP, and payment terminals. I took the job with no “formal” education in tech. My “trainer” at the company was a joke, I basically taught myself everything. What do you think would be a reasonable hourly pay for such a person?
