I'm a little lost when an interviewer asks what my long-term goal is. I'm 62, retired from my "real job," but I need to work for the money. I'm interested in learning new things and I enjoy working with people but honestly I hope I will be fully retired in less than 10 years. Any suggestions?

I am giving my best in work but still escalations are raised against me by client.
My husband is also in tcs he is moving to onsite in Jan and my travel is also planned mid next year.
I am giving 12hour daily in my job to adjust in new profile. And affecting my health now.
Shall I quit the job and move with my husband with on dependant visa? Or i shall continue to get pressurized and wait for my onsite?
