I’m a Senior Test Analyst at a large MNC with 5 years of experience. I’ve resigned and have a 90-day notice period, but my new employer expects me to join in 55 days. My Team Lead and Test Managers are supporting an early release within 60 days, but senior project managers insist I complete the full 90 days. Has anyone successfully negotiated an early release? What worked—buyout, HR escalation, or another approach? Any advice would be appreciated.

Getting married in September, have a vax only policy for guests. My fiancé’s sister is bringing her unvaccinated spouse to the hotel where all the wedding festivities are being held b/c she is too scared to fly on an airplane without him. I'm a little confused on Danko - does he offer a self-study option for the coursework requirement? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?
