Well, in my personal experiences, unless specifically mentioned from on the job posting that you get a raise after 90 days or is written on paper of some form, you most likely won't. ): Unfortunately, the standards are at face value in terms of pay, so I wouldn't get your hopes up.
I'm honestly hoping and praying for you that you get a pay raise. Good luck and congratulations on hitting that milestone!
So you did the bare minimum to not get fired for 90 days and you think you deserve a raise?!……let me guess…..Gen z?
I mean I didn’t see anything about doing bare minimum? So this rage seems to be misplaced. I know we are all struggling with employees who do just enough to skate by, but I do think your frustrations are misplaced and not necessary. Should do the right thing and apologize to the person who likely is hoping for a raise because they are one of the hard workers. There are still some out there 😊 I say this because I do understand the frustration but this person asking for advice, they have nothing to do with my current staffing struggles. I hope it gets better for you too Andrew!
