Media is by far my biggest weakness. Planning a transition over to client side in the next 1-2 years. What are the best resources (other than incessantly bothering my over taxed media team) to gain lower mid-tier knowledge. I gave one interview for a project and was selected. They assigned me allocation but haven't reached out to me after that.

When taking an exam for the cpa, is it done on a computer with a keyboard with a numpad and you do all your calculations on an onscreen calculator? Or is it done pencil and paper? Trying to decide on a new personal laptop and wondering if I should get one with a numpad to get used to punching in numbers or just a small one without it.
