I'm all for creating a culture that rewards learning, but not sure the people who work for me realize it. Is this a challenge for you, too?

I'm entirely in agreement with that sentiment, but the problem is that it's a sentiment. And practical considerations have to come into play. It's important for people to have a chance to try things and learn from them. But there's also work to be done and deadlines to meet. If people can learn while getting their work done, that's ideal. But getting the work done has to take priority. And trying things that may not succeed is usually not advisable.

I love this and I definitely agree. I don't feel like my people really grasp this concept either. I want them to learn as much as they can so that they can go on and be great. And I love rewarding them for doing so.

Check out my bowl. Teenage art. I take pictures of little artworks the kids leave around the building. Most stuff is offensive, but I figure you people can handle what kids draw on bathroom stalls.

A few months ago, there were articles about how Juniper Park/TBWA’s hand sign saved the life of a kidnapped girl in a car. But the next day, reporters asked the guy who called the cops about it and he said he had no idea what the hand sign meant, he actually called the cops because the kidnapped girl kept mouthing “Help me.” I’ve heard of agencies exaggerating sales results or click through rates in case studies, I really hope JP/TBWA isn’t exaggerating about, literally, saving someone’s life.

Hi everyone,

I appeared in L2 round of Capgemini recently.
Just after the intro first question they asked me " Do you have any offer and amount?" This question was asked in technical round.
I'm sure that guy wasn't a Manager.

I don't think he know how to take an interview.

Even after creating 2 asked program and answering 80% of their questions correctly.
Got rejected.
Didn't expect this kind of L2 round from Capgemini.

Can we take back our resignation post applying it in infosys? Does any one havr any idea on this
