I’m an Analyst at a multi family office earning $65k total comp. I have 4.5 years of experience in modeling, memo write-ups, NAV reconciliation, report write-ups, help negotiate better fees with GPs, furnish our quarterly financials, other ad hoc tasks, etc. I feel as though I’m under compensated by a lot. Anyone know what the comp should be or if I’m in the ballpark currently?

Researching the job mkt & pay for nursing: It is so easy to set up a first interview esp. as a nurse. Set up a zoom meeting, in the zoom meeting ask abt job details and ask for the salary range. They will give it to you, and in my case it was the same range for both of the companies. (Hospice oncall nurse here👋). Then you fit in somewhere on that continuum based on education & experience—that where the negotiation comes in—they will make a case to place you as low as possible on the scale.

Hi all, negotiating with HR on salary for a new AS position and want to know what’s fair. I was an AE for two years, took a promotion at another agency for SAE for only 8 months and am now being recruited for AS at 80k. All of my agencies have been large, I’ve worked on pharma and a large global account, I also started “managing” at the AE level due to my team’s structure. Is $80k fair? Thanks!

I’m a very experienced veterinary assistant who has been doing this job for about 4 years in total however because of my skill level I would say I am more of an unlicensed technician. I’m looking for input on what I should ask for a raise. Given the minimum wage, I make about $5 over but that hasn’t really changed to match inflation of living, etc and truly feel like I should be making a decent amount more given my skills. Hi All. I have a good job offer but I'm wondering whether I should negotiate comp. I made it clear from the beginning what my target for base comp was which is ~$10K over the top of the posted salary range for the job. I also said that I was comfortable proceeding with the interview process despite the top of that range being lower (somewhat weakening my position for later I suppose). The offer is at the very top of the range. Bonus is 5% less than what I get in my current job. Negotiate?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

I am taking an associate role at a REPE office and my offer includes an annual $70k bonus that is based on “achieving 3 mutually agreed upon metrics”. Has anyone had a bonus based on something like this? What metrics make sense? I’m not sure what to propose.
