I’m an associate at a small multi disciplinary firm in NYC.l (WFH but am in office 2-3x times a month). 7 years total experience with 4 at the firm. I enjoy it and see a future. I am however am stuck on salary (200k base with around 15k in bonuses). I got a big jump early on because I got another offer but since then I have not received a base raise. Part of the reason my firm offers is that I was allowed to go fully remote. I want to approach the firm about a 10k base raise. How do I approach?
