I'm considering HRT but am terrified of doing something unnatural. I just can't deal with the menopause symptoms anymore. I don't feel like myself, and I can't stop feeling like the world is about to crumble. It's affecting work, it's affecting the way I am with my kids and spouse. All in all, I have more reason to do it than to not, but I still have cold feet. Has anyone here done it and felt like it was the best decision after it? I would love some encouragement.

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.
