I’m considering leaving Public Accounting for an SEC Reporting role. I’m curious what opportunities would be out there after that role? Naturally I would work to move into the controller/VP type role within the same company. If I were to go to another company would I still be able to transition into similar roles?

What are salaries like for class of 2019 in am law 50-100. I have average working attorney collections as high as our senior associates but I’m only making 215k. Trying to see what salary I should ask for.
