There’s positives and negatives to both. Agency is all about the win. So if you’re a thrill seeker and like getting your name on things, it’s a great place but hard burn. Brand side, Wich I recently moved to, is a lot slower more menotitnous less ambitious but stable and much slower career growth. Either wya both sides your begging for good budgets to do cool things and value engineering when finally get the sun par budget. Best time of my life was when I had my own small shop, but that’s a grind too.
Not to hijack the thread, but why’d you close shop? I’m about to open my own small thing and if you could share any pointers, I’d be so grateful!
