I have got a very good offer that i cannot deny, but location is Hyderabad, I want this in Bangalore location. I am not onboarded yet, spoke to HR , he said it is not a big problem, Thoughtworks is very flexible.

I would say make sure your skillset is highlighted in a section before education. Education can be last. Also remember you are likely applying to roles that care more about your technical acumen. Make sure to emphasize how your skills helped or were used in each role/position. Emphasize outcomes
People care a lot less about formal education these days. Make sure to center any certs or accolades. Clearly emphasize all of the ways you used your skill set in your roles
I would expend on SQL capabilities, just adding SQL does not really mean anything. What were you doing with your SQL skills? What system were you working in? Here is a bad example "Provided SQL support".
Here is a better example " Developed SQL queries to extract data for external systems." Here is another example, " Developed SQL queries, extracted data, developed custom reports for ?????????."
Basically, add the reason behind your SQL skills.
