I’m currently in 7A band with 8 years of overall experience, out of which I’ve completed 4 years in IBM. I’ve been in the 7A band for the past 3 years, with a current CTC of ₹26 LPA. I also lead a team of 3 members, one of whom has the same 8 years of experience but is in 7B band with ₹37 LPA.

This makes me wonder if my current band and compensation are a fair valuation for my experience and responsibilities.

Should I negotiate for a move to 7B band (or at least a better ctc) or look outside?

So a higher up made a new rule that for a service we offer , we have to offer it to the customers three times and If they say no a manager has to get involved and document. it is this not wrong?

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager.
