Bowl Leader
Echo what D1 said. Also to put things in perspective ~10% of our consultants got promoted this cycle.
Do you want to do real consulting or do you want to do staff aug? If you want the ladder then join, if not… run.
Recruiting process is slooooooow
Ask all of the consultants who have left or are looking to leave NTT DATA. No growth especially in healthcare
May I ask a question? I am debating between an internal promotion to a PublicConsulting 9 and an external Big 4 offer on a product I know very well. I am not interested in 12h days regularly but the Big 4 offer is significantly more than my current role pays, grade 8.
I've accepted the internal promotion but HR is slow and there has been no discussion on compensation.
Talk to leadership in the consulting group you are joining.
NTT data has a big tech outsourcing business. Most of the reviews you will see online are related to those business lines.
I’m in FS, but in general have a favorable opinion.
Best analogy I have is that NTT is similar to joining the consulting side of a WITCH, but with better WLB, culture, and limited offshore resources
Did you end up moving to NTT? I am considering a move into their workforce Readiness practice and would love some additional insight. My previous experience is KPMG, Cognizant and others
That’s great to hear, I appreciate the update. I did decline the NTT offer - it wasn’t competitive enough with the other offer I received but we will see what the future holds!
