I’ve hit 115% of my utilization goals this quarter, but HR ran a routine audit on desktop activity logs and slapped me with a productivity penalty. So dystopian. They’re treating a high-performing senior analyst like a call center worker, and the humiliation is making me want to burn this bridge entirely. Has anyone else had this happen?

Curious what’s a fair salary in MA? Currently a Wealth Advisor for Citi but I honestly hate it here with a passion it’s the worst company I’ve ever worked for in my life and I’ve been in Wealth Management in the banking channel for over a decade. I am a registered sales assistant which means I have my series 7. I also have the 63 and my Life & Health license. I was a financial advisor but the role is commission only so I decided to take a role as an assistant for some time to learn etc. I really like my role, but I only make 32k a year and after taxes I only take home about 25k. I have a gut feeling that I’m not being paid market value but it’s tough to find comparable salaries. Do you think $15.38/hr is a fair wage in this case?
